Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or on holidays.

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • Contact & file through shipping carrier.

  • As we have a physical store location, there is a possibility that an item in your order may have been sold in-store but not yet updated in our system. If this occurs and your item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
